Guarantee and service

Our products are covered by a 1-year guarantee against material and/or manufacturing faults. The guarantee period starts on the day of delivery. Possible defects that arise within the guarantee period must be communicated to us via our contact form within 14 days of such defects being observed. To prevent further damage, the device must be turned off immediately. You can then return the device to us for repairs.
Very important: your guarantee becomes void if your ultrasonic cleaner has been improperly used or if we note that you have used unapproved cleaning substances or chemicals in it. In addition, the tank must have contained sufficient fluid at all times.

Repairs
Our service does not end with your guarantee. If your machine develops a fault, you can make a repair request by completing a notification form. Once we receive your notification, we will contact you. We charge an amount of € 55 (excl. VAT and shipping costs) for the inspection of your machine. This includes the inspection of your device, advice and a quote for possible repairs. Please remember, we require up to five weeks in which to order parts and repair your ultrasonic cleaner. For a repair of an ultrasonic cleaner of the brand Emag Emmi and Elmasonic you must take into account a repair time of 7 weeks.

Returns (company procedures)
If you would like to return items, we request that you inform us in advance via the email contact form, stating your reasons.

Your return must be accompanied by the following:
a. The original invoice
b. Your contact details
c. Your banking details
d. The reasons for your return.
We reserve the right to charge for possible costs that arise due to non-compliance with this method of return.
